Refund Policy

1. If cancellation occurs in more than 24 hours prior to the trip, the full fare less any unrecoverable agency fee shall be refunded.

2. If cancellation occurs in less than 12 hours prior to the trip, the full fare shall be retained.

3. No compensation will be offered in any case of change of holiday plan or for time lost due to medical evacuation of a passenger, reduction of a passenger or reduction of trip duration due to bad weather condition.
